Will on a house
Some aunts left a house for 4 nephews. One of the nephews died recently my
brother and I would like to know if his part of the house goes to his sibling or
wife. We live in Georgia.

If he died before the aunts passed away, then his share or interest would go to his surviving siblings. If he died after the aunts passed away, so that (even if probate were not compete) he would have inherited, it does to whomever would inherit from him--presumably, his wife.
