Who gets the security deposit of deceased relative if there is a no one else on the lease?
My grandmother recently passed and we do not know who receives the security deposit of her manufactured home. No one was on the lease with her but my name was on the title of the home. I also paid for the last month’s rent.

Unless the complex will give it you or some other relative, you would be forced to file a small estate probate matter and the primary beneficiary is whoever paid the funeral bill. I would be happy to discuss with you further.
