unfortunately this is not really a question I can answer for you because I am obligated to advise you that you need to pay all your bills and its unethical to say not to pay someone. If you cannot afford both the best advice I can offer is to call the attorney explain the situation and see about working something out
Offer to pay a portion if you can and than the remainder in time. Try to work it out and hopefully you can manage to pay everything with a little cooperation from all parties involved
