The bail bondsmen will normally provide you with a certificate of bail which will indicate the bond amount, the amount paid, and the duties and obligations of the defendant while on bond to the bondsmen. At the very least you should have received a receipt detailing the bail amount you paid. If you did not get this, you need to contact the bail bondsman company you went through to obtain this in writing.
