The lease is valid. It is a binding agreement. A lease is a contract between landlord and tenant. One of the essential terms of a contract is listing the parties to the agreement. The names on the agreement are still providing reasonable identification of the parties and therefore the contract (lease) is a valid, enforceable agreement.
