If my juvenile daughter was in a serious accident, is there legal basis for me to sue for compensation since II suffered mental, physical and monetary exhaustion?
I sat by her hospital bed for 72 days. She has since recieved a healthy settlement that is being held by the court until she is 18.

Unless you were actually present when your daughter was injured in the accident that you have written about and saw or heard the accident happen, under the laws of all states in this country you are not entitled to any emotional distress compensation for what happened unless you were actually involved in the accident.
