If our landlord did not tell us that the house we’re renting was a former meth lab, can we sue if we have been having side effects possibly due to this?
I moved into my home a little over 2 years ago found out about a year after from our neighbor that the house it was a former meth lab.meth lab. We have been having constant headaches, irritated eyes, and just constantly sick. I’m not sure what my rights are at this point.

You need to talk to an attorney immediately, if not sooner. You may have serious health problems from the chemicals, the landlord may have had a duty to inform you, and you may need to move asap, particularly if you have children. CALL an attorney right now. Seriously. If you want, call my office and I will refer you to an attorney near you.
