Is there any way to holda companylegally responsible for stealing our material?
My colleagues and started a program 2 years ago. We created the print collateral the format for the program etc. A big company came in and wanted to give us a grant. They ended up taking our idea and running with it but pushed us out of the picture.

You certainly might have several causes of action here based on intellectual property, and possibly bad faith or breach of contract depending on the the arrounding terms. Did you do anything to legall protect your IP prior to sharing it with them, or have any contractual agreements? Was a lawyer involved previously? You should contact a good business attorney and/or IP lawyer to see what merit your case mgiht have and what your options are.
