Is it a conflict of interest if my ex-husband’s wife works at the law firm he is using to defend himself in a domestic violence case?

I just found out that my ex-husband’s wife works at the firm he is using to defend

himself in a domestic violence hearing. I am pro se. He is also using this

attorney to file emancipation paperwork for our son. What can I do about it, if

it is a conflict of interest?
