Can I collect unemployment and SS retirement benefits at the same time?
Is there any offsets? Are there any other issues I need to know?

Actually, contrary to what most people think, you can collect both Unemployment and SS disability at the same time. SS benfits are not affected by u nunemployment earnings since unemployment benefits are not counted as wages under the SS annual earnings test. However, your unemployment benefit could be reduced if you receive SS benefits (or other pension or retirement income).
