We were together for 33 years and married for 7. If we got divorced, would I be able to get half of the inheritance?

Once you are divorced, you lose all inheritance rights to your ex-husband's estate. That is unless he has a Will which expressly states that he wants to name you as a post-divorce beneficiary. If he has no Will, then you are no longer his heir so cannot inherit. That having been said, depending on the terms of your divorce, you may hbe granted some rights to any pensions, etc. that he may have.
