I am 24 and my parents got their status changed to united states citizens when I was 23. I need to find out if I am an american or an alien of the country? I have no income and need answers.

No, you are not a citizen. In order to become a citizen through parents tou hadnto have a green card and be under 18 at the time one of your parents became a citizen. If you have any questions please email me at meltser@bmlaw.com
