What t do if I slipped and fell in a restaurant and had to go to the emergency room via ambulance?
I spoke with the insurance adjuster and she said they are not taking responsibility. I called several attorneys and was basically told there was no money in the case so they will not take it. I do not have health insurance and I am really just looking to have medical bills paid.

Just because you slipped and fell in a restaurant does not mean the restaurant is responsible to pay your medical bills. The restaurant would have to have done something negligent, such as failed to clean up a spill they knew was there. If the restaurant was negligent and your medical bills were just to small to interest an attorney, you can try negotiating with the restaurant owner yourself, or even sue the restaurant in justice court.
