I need to file for an LLC. What do I do about not having a location?

You can use your home address, even if it is not zoned for a commercial use; that's because the LLC filings are about your *legal* address--e.g. where legal notice would go--which does not have to have anything to do with where work is conduct or local zoning ordinances.
