What to do if have not seen my child in a year?
I have legal joint custody of my child with visitation; I pay support. My ex-wife has moved and I don’t know where. The police will not get involved. What do I do?

If law enforcement will not get involved in locating where your "ex" and child are for visitation issues, I suggest that you consult with a family law attorney and a private investigator as to your options and locating them. Once located, you then file a petition for visitation issues in the court where the order originates and serve such on your "ex" with the hearing date.
