If I have been arraigned and have an alcohol evaluation in a couple of days, what kind of tests can I expect?
I smoke weed at least once a day. Since I was arrested for a DUI for alcohol, will they require a urine sample for the alcohol evaluation? If so, and I test positive, am I then open to even more charges?

You can anticipate a drug test (urine) based upon what you have written. Given the seriousness of the situation I suggest that you consult with a criminal defense attorney to represent you concerning the matter that you have written about as a precaution.
