What to do if I am trying to get my son’s passport but I have no contact with the father at all?
I have had no comunications with him in at least 5 months; he doesn’t call or anything. The passport people I contact said there isn’t a way without his consent. which freaking blows. Is there anyway I could get a passport for my son? He is 4 years old.

If he has any form of custody or visitation rights then he is going to have to consent to the issuance of the passport either by being there when it is filed or by giving you a power of attorney. As long as his parental rights remain your hands are tied. Good luck.
