It depends. If your child was injured due to a hazard known by the owner of the residence and you nor your child was notified of the hazard, then you need to indicate that this was an injury caused by a dangerous condition at this person's home and you would like this person to pay those bills. However, if this was something which the owner would not have known about it, then the owner is not responsible for the bill and you should not present the bill to the residence's owner.
