If you are a listed beneficiary, then the executor must notify you of your inheritance. Also, once the Will is filed with the probate court, then you (or anyone) can get a copy since it is becomes a matter of public record. Even if your husband has been disinherited, as an "interested party" (i.e. someone who would inherit a share of the estate an heir if there was no Will), he has a right to see it. At this point, he should consult directly with a probate attorney who practices in the county in which his mother was domiviled at the time of her death; they can best advise him further.
