You need to seek help from an experienced real estate attorney in your area.  You may have to bring a different type of action - such as an action for partition - which asks the court to split the asset in two and divide the interests.  Since you can not do this with real property the courts generally prder the property sold and the profits split.  The court would probably require that you either deposit her half of the funds in to court or an account to her benefit.  You will have to serve her by subsituted service with any action and the attorney can help you with that procedural issue as well.  Good luck.
