Hello, I sell handmade Home Decor online and I found out that one of my sculpture has been used as a prop on a catalogue of a well know brand of design based in the US. They didn’t state my name, is this copyright infringing?

Yes, it would be copyright infringement to reproduce an image of your sculpture without your permission for their commercial benefit. You could potentially sue them for an order requiring them to stop using that sculpture in their marketing or possibly for a modest amount of compensation. You are likely better off contacting them and working the matter out by getting some credit, marketing, exposure or referrals from them.
