Can my insurance keep denying my brain surgery?
My insurance keeps denying my brain surgery and they say it’s not life threatening that I can I live in a
neck brace. The surgery has a 90% success rate and I’m in unbearable pain but my insurance
doesn’t think it’s necessary. My health is declining and they’re giving such a difficult time.

It would be advisable to file a complaint about your insurance company with your state's insurance commissioner.
If that doesn't resolve the issue , file a lawsuit for bad faith against your insurance carrier.
Your County Bar Association probably has an attorney referral service which can refer you to an attorney who handles bad faith claims against insurance companies.
