Can my income count against my boyfriend for his child support order?
I am afraid that my BF’s ex, who does not work, is going to ask that my fincaces are factored into his child support payments. He moved in with me 3 weeks ago because he could not afford rent due to the large amount of child support he’s been ordered to pay. Will I have to help support this lazy woman?

Under the laws of all states in this country your income will not count against your boyfriend with respect to any child support order he may be obligated under. However, one half of his monthly household expenses will be debited with respect to you in his monthly income and expense account declaration.
