Can I sue the county school for an injury that my son suffered during after school time?
He lost half of the frontal permanent tooth. He was in the classroom playing and jumping and the teacher said to me that told they told him several times to be seated but he didn’tt do it.

Why would the school be liable? The teacher was supervising him--you write that the teacher said that they kept telling your son to sit, but he wouldn't listen and kept playing and jumping. The school fulfilled its duty and took reasonable care--it was your son's fault, for not listening that caused his injury. Therefore, the school would not be liable, or responsible for the injury.
