I was a union employee someone clocked me in when I wasnt there I told the company I wasnt there and the fired me saying I was stealing company time. A year later a company employee who writes down his time was caught stealing company time and was just suspended for 2 days can I sue for wrongful termination?

IF the company violated your union contract (assuming you had a union contract) or some other written employment contract or agrement, you could sue for breach of contract. But if there was no violation of a contract in your termination, you would have no cause of action just because another employee was treated differently than you: there is no law requiring all employees to be treated the same, and employee A may legally be fired for something for which employee B is only suspended.
