I am charged with a violation of injunction-harassment. I called my son on his 13th birthday just to say happy birthday and I love him on a message on an answering machine. I currently do not have custody of my son and his father and stepmom have placement. There is a restraining order placed on me in regards to the dad and stepmom. I did place the call to this residence but no words were exchanged on my part. Stepmom picked up phone while I was leaving message and stated to never f—ing call this number again at which point I hung up. I stated nothing to her.
