An employee of a business came to my house and recorded me without my consent. Can they legally do this? Are the laws regarding businesses the same as with private individuals?

In CO, the consent of at least 1 party is required in order for a conversation to be lawfully recorded. Accordingly, since your co-worker in effect "consented' to it, then the recording was legal. Unethical perhaps but legal.
