I am 32 and my girlfriend is 19. My parole officer says that i have to dump her or he’ll violate me. Im on parole for a sexual offence on a minor , but shes not a minor. Can he do that?

He probably can. Even though she is not a minor, she is very young compared to your 32 years of age. In fact 19 is not much older than being a minor of 17. Due to your conviction, the parole officer probably thinks that the relationship is improper and a little too close to your prior offense.
