WHat is the maximum timeframe one is served a No-Fault Divorce papers? My husband stated that he filed, however, it has been over 2 years now and I haven’t received any paperwork.

Something is very wrong here. You should have been served almost immediately. This all seems very fish to me (as in he more than likely never filed the papers in the first place).
You should have your husband fill out new papers immediately and have them served on you. Additionally, you should speak to a divorce attorney in your area. Perhaps you can be the moving party here (ie you serve papers on him).
