Well, you would execute a new deed transferring the property from you alone to you and the other person. But I would do nothing unless you speak with an attorney. Besides the reasons you are doing this (and understanding that you are giving up half of your interest in sonething that is yours alone) you need to discuss how you wish to hold the property legally.
