The website indicates it is a Texas company so you may want to contact the Dept of Insurance in Texas to see if they can help you. It is unlikely your insurance policy is still valid since the license is revoked, but the Department may be able to confirm this and advise if there is any way to see if the policy was sold to another insurance company. If so there may be a valid policy in force elsewhere.
