Car is registered in NY and was parked and damaged in NJ by a NJ driver. When filing a case in small claims court in NJ, is the owner’s full name put down as a plaintiff orthe person’s name who represents him (lawyer’s name or name of POA)?

The plaintiff is the owner of the vehicle. The owner's full name should be listed as the plaintiff.
