What are my options if I didn’t have insurance at time of an accident?
I was in an accident and I didn’t have insurance until the next day. It’s been 4 months and they are now telling me they got a quote done and want me to pay for it. How can I take car of this?

If you didn't have insurance at the time of the accident, then you will need to pay for the damages out of your own pocket. If you can't pay for them in a lump sum then see if you can work out a payment arrangement. If you don't pay, the other driver can sue you or put a claim in on their insurance (if the have unisured motorist coverage), and their insurer can make a "subrogation" claim and sue you.
