Do I have the right to review a latter that my company received from an employee alleging that my boss and I have discriminated against her with regard to promotions, etc.?
The company will not currently disclose to me what the allegations specifically are. Does my employer need to at least disclose to me what I’m being accused of?

No, you have no right to review this letter (workplace accusations are not required to be made public or be shared with the accused) unless and until either you (not just the company, but you personally) are sued, or you bring a lawsuit (e.g. if you are terminated over the accusations, bring a defamation lawsuit against the accuser).
