The child was conceived right before the womans divorce was finalized. The ex-husband and the babys father are both military members, the mother is a civilian.

Under the laws of all states as well as the federal Constitution the United States military court has no authority to order a paternity test to prove adultery by a female military person. Such would be a clear violation of the woman's Constitutional rights.
